Holds a degree from The Royal Conservatory of Music, The Hague, Netherlands.

Ines Maer, began learning piano at the age of five under Mark Silas and later studied with Slamet A. Syukur and So Kim Wie. She won 2nd place in the 2002 Yamaha Competition (East Java) and performed Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No.1 with the Surabaya Symphony Orchestra in 2004.

She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Piano Performance from The Royal Conservatory of Music, The Hague, studying under Ellen Corver and Naum Grubert, with a minor in Music Education. Having performed in various concerts across the Netherlands, she is now a dedicated piano educator in Surabaya, mentoring students who have won local, national, and international competitions.
